MAC (OUI) DatabaseDescriptionThis application contains a database of Organizational Unique Identifiers (OUIs). OUIs are the first 24 bits of a MAC address (Bluetooth or Ethernet) and the list is managed by the IEEE. With this application you can see which company owns a MAC (e.g. 00:09:2D for HTC), or vice versa see which MAC addresses a company has registered. Before you can use this application, you will need to download a copy of the OUI database. To do that press "Menu->Update DB". I refresh and upload this database weekly. In the next few days I will release a windows application which can be used to create that database so you can update it manually. For more information about OUIs see here: http://standards.ieee.org/develop/regauth/oui/public.html No ads. Screenshots
